As we age we may need more specialized rehabilitation and physiotherapy in order to maintain our independence, mobility, and health as long as possible. Any one who does not move, does not walk or take exercise, is a person who stiffens mentally and physically. It is therefore important to move for as long as possible, for circulatory, musculoskeletal, joint and psychological reasons.
Movement and Strength are key to successful and non-aching, healthy aging. Contrary to popular belief, the more one moves the less it hurts.
We offer all the services and rehabilitation an older person needs in order to stay independent: to walk well, prevent falling, rheumatological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, help with neurological problems, post fracture, post surgery, respiratory conditions… the list goes on.
We offer soft exercise and fitness classes tailored to keep joints flexible, improve balance and stability, keep muscles toned and in good physical shape. These exercise classes are run by trained Healthcare Professionals and include our Hip and knee class and balance classes. We have a full-equipped gym to aid the process.
We have a dedicated team of health care professionals to look after all our elders needs.
