Our physiotherapists use a range of treatment techniques, including mobilisation, manipulation, massage, exercise prescription, video gait analysis sports specific rehabilitation, clinical pilates, fascial release, posture re-education, and preventative advice;

The treatment process involves the following steps:

  • When you arrive for your first consultation, we will listen to your concerns, including the pain patterns. What makes your pain worse and better, and how does this impact their daily lives?
  • After the consultation and complete Physiotherapy, an examination will be conducted to check which structure causes the pain and other symptoms. We will rule out other potential problems that could mimic the same pain. Based on this, the clinician will explain what is causing the pain, how bad or good the situation is and the best treatment approach to solve the pain.
  • The treatment plan can focus on a manual approach, including in-house manual therapy or a prescriptive gym and home exercise program. We can also give you access to a tailored home exercise program through a smartphone, electronic tablet, or computer.
  • It's easy for the patient to play the video of each exercise, see the number of sets and repetitions, and provide written instructions.
