How does it work?

Who can participate?

Anyone affected by cancer or who has been recently diagnosed. Also anyone suffering from longstanding conditions or struggling to recovery

Small group

We will be working with groups of maximum 5 people. So it will be easier to explain exercises and monitor them.

We will be monitoring with questionnaires and test if you are in good condition to before the classes. To ensure it is safe to exercise.

Safe environment

With the goal of establishing a secure setting for exercising and talking about health-related tactics to enhance overall health

What's the aim of exercise?

Improve physical condition

During cancer and other long term treatments, strength, stamina and other bodily functions can be affected.

Exercise can help to improve all these functions and to palliate other side effects of the treatment

Prevention

Exercise helps to prevent relapses and many side effects of the treatment.

There is evidence that cancer relapses are reduced 30% by exercise. Exercise also helps to prevent Osteoporosis or Cardiovascular disseases.
