Anyone affected by cancer or who has been recently diagnosed. Also anyone suffering from longstanding conditions or struggling to recovery
We will be working with groups of maximum 5 people. So it will be easier to explain exercises and monitor them.
We will be monitoring with questionnaires and test if you are in good condition to before the classes. To ensure it is safe to exercise.
With the goal of establishing a secure setting for exercising and talking about health-related tactics to enhance overall health
During cancer and other long term treatments, strength, stamina and other bodily functions can be affected.
