Working Background:
Suzie started her career working in the NHS where she took a keen interest in trauma and orthopaedics. She then enjoyed time working with the military including DMRC Headley Court before moving into the private sector at The Manor Clinic in Sevenoaks. Suzie is also jointly managing the trauma medical services at Tonbridge Juddians RFC.
Her experience working with both the military and in the sporting environment; has allowed Suzie to develop her skills in trauma rehabilitation which includes management of sports injuries as well as the more complex in nature, such as poly-trauma and amputee patients. She can use a variety of treatments including electro and traditional acupuncture, Extra-Corporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), electrotherapy, specialist 1:1 gym-based rehab, Treadmill/running gait analysis, soft tissue techniques including scar management and manual therapy. Suzie has a holistic approach to patient care and will always put the patient first.
Suzie is currently busy either studying her masters degree in ‘Advanced Physiotherapy’, on the rugby pitch or keeping fit and active!
