The Ultrasound guided injection service at Manor Clinic, based in Sevenoaks Kent, is a highly specialised, unique service which provides a one-stop solution for the diagnosis (using ultrasound) and treatment (via an injection) of a variety of chronic pain conditions. We are dedicated to providing a cost effective and convenient solution to everyone. A GP or medical referral is not required to provide fast access to pain relieving injections. Our clinicians are highly experienced and have extensive experience in both the NHS and private sectors. In one appointment your clinician will carry out a full assessment including a diagnostic ultrasound scan prior to performing an ultrasound guided injection if needed. A full report will be provided to your GP. Our service avoids unnecessary appointments and associated costs and is quick and easy to set up.

All our injection therapy appointments include:

• Ultrasound scan and musculoskeletal assessment to get a clear diagnosis.

• Ultrasound Guided Injection (if needed).

• Report of assessment and scan findings and details of injection.

All inclusive total fee for ultrasound scan and corticosteroid (steroid) injection of £300*,

All injections are performed by highly experienced advanced physiotherapists dual trained as physiotherapists and musculoskeletal sonographers.
