Working Background:
As an experienced private practitioner I am able to adopt an evidenced based and integrated approach to treatment. I have an MSc in
Manipulative Physiotherapy and an in depth training in Acupuncture, including Intramuscular Stimulation. I have an interest in adopting a biopsychosocial approach to pain management, this can involve CBT, pacing, activity modification, load management and a personalised exercise programme to empower you to understand and manage your condition and achieve your functional goals, which can be particularly effective in more complex conditions of ongoing back, neck pain and knee pain. I have a strong background in sports injuries of all ages particularly lower limb and can assist with the diagnosis and management of this with a bespoke treatment and rehabilitation programme which could include Blood Flow Restriction training. I am able to assist with running analysis, tendinopathy management, and shockwave therapy
Previously I have worked at the Crystal Palace National Sports Injury Centre treating elite athletes and within team squads at
Tottenham Hotspur FC, performers from the West End Shows, London level rugby clubs and athletics. I volunteered as a physiotherapist at the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics and World Athletic Championships in 2017.
I enjoy keeping fit with running, cycling, swimming, playing and coaching 11 a side football
